Shri S. Sridhar holds a B.E. degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Bharathiyar University and he graduated in 1988. He joined 33rd batch of BARC training School in Nuclear Science and engineering and was absorbed in Reactor Engineering Division of BARC in 1990.  After joining IGCAR in 1991, he became Head, Instrument Maintenance Section in 2010. He was Head, Reactor Maintenance Division from 2016 to 2019 and was responsible for all maintenance activities of two reactors namely FBTR and KAMINI. He was then re-deployed to BHAVINI to carry out commissioning of various instrumentation systems of KAMINI.
